HELP REDUCE EMISSIONS BY ADDING
fueltek to your petrol or diesel.
A recent NZ Herald report quotes "climate change as big a threat as the credit crisis". This is serious for us all. By adding a little
fueltek to your fuel you should reduce carbon emissions
and save on fuel costs. Even if you only save 6.4% (and that figure has been exceeded) that exceeds the cost of 2 bottles of
fueltek - and you only need one litre of this product to treat l,000 litres of fuel!
"
Detected early melanoma can be treated with surgery". Don't let that happen to YOU. Don't be one of the 4,000 diagnosed in NZ each year! Year round spraying with

Answer is: suntek
SUNBED CANCER REPORT ALERT!
According to a recent report in the British Medical Journal, sunbed users run a 20 % higher risk of developing skin cancer than others
not using sunbeds. The article blamed some 800 melanoma European deaths each year on people tanning indoors.
NEWS IF YOU ARE 60+
A study at the Univery of Otago showed that people aged 60+ thought they were at a lower risk of melanoma than those younger, but a lead research doctor says: " As people got older they saw themselves as having lower risk of melanoma and yet the risk of melanoma goes up greatly with age as with most cancers". Data from the Ministry of Health showed that in 2008, 58.8% of all new melanomas diagnosed were people aged 60+; only 2.4% were people under 30. So, if you accept the Hytek recommendation and use suntek regularly, it should give you good protection.
Rules for sun products...
Did you see the U.S.A. government rules which require sunscreen manufacturers to test their products to comply with stricter guidelines when labelling the effectiveness of their sunscreens to block ultraviolet B sun's rays?
Warning labels will now have to clearly state if the product does not protect both A and B rays and if the SPF factor is below 15. "This product has been shown only to help prevent sunburn, not skin cancer or early skin ageing."
Hytek avows that SUNTEK does protect against both A and B rays and that it is an SPF30+
Beware of sunscreeens unless labelled:
BROAD SPECTRUM
New rules announced from Washington, USA, state that sunscreens that protect against both ultraviolet A and B rays should carry the Broad Spectrum label. The Hytek product suntek
features this as it protects against both UVA and UVB and is anSPF30. The FDA is also expected to cap the highest SPF value at 50 unless there is sufficient proof to substantiate the claim.

Wrinkly skin we do not want - the answer suntek - a quick spray after your shower in the morning and again at lunchtime and it should protect you from harm to your skin. Did you know that there are marginal benefits of an SPF above 30+? The important thing to remember is to REAPPLY after four hours!
In a recent article, featured in the Drug & Therapeutics Bulletin there was a warning about low SPF sunscreens which provide inadequate cover against skin cancer. It endorsed the recommendation by Britain's National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence that factor 30 is necessary. People tend not to reapply often and assume the protection lasts all day. The NZ Cancer Society warns that low SPF sunscreens could only protect you for 40 minutes!
Slip, slop, slap - the easiest and quickest way of applying sunscreen is to spray on suntek. Then cover up, wear a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses that are preferably wrap-around
Suntek has an SPF30+. We recommend reapplying every 4 hours or after swimming or sweating.
First break-through in the battle against melanoma!
Researchers have discovered a way to fight the deadliest form of cancer, melanoma. The experimental drug has proved to significantly improve survival. The drug is called ipilimumab. it works by helping the immune system fight tumours. Doctors expect it could available by the end of this year.
You need sunblock year round!
Why? UVA rays are still present.
Although UVB rays are fewer, those UVA rays are the ones that could cause wrinkles, age spots and possible skin cancer. Yes, even on a wet winter's day, although there are not so many UVA rays as on a sunny day, you still need protection. UVA rays are present ALL YEAR ROUND at all times of the day and can penetrate glass and plastic. The worst thing is that you can't see it - it penetrates below the first skin level.
Help is at hand. Simply spray on suntek in the morning after cleansing your face and your arms or where you are exposed to the weather - like the back of your neck.
Time is also the enemy of the skin and don't listen to those who say: "I never use a sunscreen - I get the vitamin D". In fact sunscreens do not filter out ALL sunlight, so you should receive plenty of vitamin D in sunny New Zealand.
Statistics show that 300 New Zealanderts will die of skin cancer within a year - 75% from melanoma. Don't be a statistic!

Peak UV levels will be in December and January, but with the arrival of the sun it is easy to forget the summer "slip, slop, slap". The Cancer Society advises sun-smart should start in September, especially between 11am and 4pm.
The risk of developing melanoma, the deadliest type of skin cancer skilling about 250 New Zealanders each year, has been linked to high-dose exposure to UV, such as sunburn. Skin cancer surgeon, Isaac Cranshaw said every year when the weather starts to impove it take people around 6 weeks to remember the strength of the sun.
Hytek Solutions believes in spraying on suntek every day, even in the winter, to protect your skin.
No-one is saying "stay out of the sun" - just protect yourself. Check the quoted UV levels in weather forecasts; the heat of the day is a poor guide to the UV risk.
You may have seen sunscreen adverts on television where sunscreen is liberally applied - so thick that it looks like a slick of white cream! It is difficult to imagine most people applying sunscreen this way. With suntek you simply need to spray on and it virtually dries straight away, protecting you for several hours.
G8 Summit agree to 80% reduction in carbon emissions - 9 July 2009
This is an historic event, an attempt to secure a new global deal to combat climate change. The Hytek product fueltek reduces emissions, meaning you can do your part to help reduce emissions.
California aims to reduce gas emission to 1990 levels by 2020; Scotland targets cutting emissions by 42% by 2020 and 80% by 2050.
MELANOMA CAN AFFECT ANYONE
Imagine that you are the head of the Melanoma Foundation and you go to have just a routine check to have a spot removed. The doctor says that it is "melanoma".
Anne Ackerman couldn't believe that it happened to her. "Don't think: 'it won't happen to me'. My advice is to go to your doctor or a dermatologist and get an annual check as it could save your life. If you catch it early you have a really good chance of recovery."
Ms Ackerman said that when she was young she spent a lot of time in the sun. "I was a typical kid, spending all day outdoors on the beach and playing netball over the summer holidays."
Childhood sunburn increases the risk of melanoma in later life.
Mothers! Make sure your youngsters are protected. suntek can help you.
It may now be Autumn but that is no reason to stop protecting your skin from the UVA rays which you don't notice but they peoentrate below the first level of skin causing wrinkling.
A reminder - you can check the Ultra Violet (UV) level of the sun on the MetService website.

Men often ignore melanonma risks. Skin cancer is on the rise and experts are worried the message about sun safety isn't getting through to everyone. One surgeon says complacency is to bllame. Professor James Shaw, chief of surgery at Ascot Private Hospital in Auckland says that people, mainly men, are not getting the message about sun exposure. "But people should not be scared to step into the rays for a quick Vitamin D boost - the key is to follow the 'slip, slop, slap' routine." So this means that we should be particularly careful to protect our skin from sunburn. Check out the product information on Hytek's sunscreen product, suntek.

Kerry from Mangere found the keys on her computer keyboard were sticking, especially the "e". Her boyfriend turned the keyboard over upside down, laid a sheet of newspaper on the bench with the keyboard on top and sprayed it liberally with electek 36. He left it to dry, then repeated the spraying. When it was dry again he turned the keyboard back the right way and removed the wet newspaper. He then invited Kerry to use it again. She was thrilled - all the keys worked perfectly, including the "e".

"When I went on holiday to Fiji," says Janet of North Shore City, "I sprayed suntek over all exposed parts of my body - or thought I had!" When I got off the beach to shower and change I found I was lightly tanned all over except for one small spot on my back that I had obviously missed. It was quite red!"
